介绍了多工序弯曲模设计,该制件材料为铍青铜,铍青铜弯曲后回弹较大,所以重点在于控制制件的回弹及减小回弹的方法。经过工艺分析,确定该模具为1道落料工序,3道弯曲工序。
This article introduced the design of multi-procedure bending die of a component. The component is made of beryllium bronze. It could cause great springback, so the focus is on component' s springback and the way to decrease resilience. After process analysis, the die is confirmed to be one blanking procedure and three bending procedure.
