摘要
建设一流高水平实验室,配备高素质、高水平的实验技术人员是建设"双一流"高校的必要条件。本文以我校为例,分析高等学校实验技术队伍的现状、存在的问题,从队伍建设的指导思想、发展目标、主要任务和保障措施等方面提出了切实可行的办法。建设目标是打造一支思想作风良好、综合素质过硬、实验技能娴熟、刻苦钻研的实验技术队伍,为社会培养出更多高素质、高水平复合型医学人才,推动学校进一步发展。
The construction of a first-class and high level laboratory and equipping high-quality and high level laboratory techniciansis a necessary condition for building a ＂ double first class＂ university. This paper, taking our school as an example, analyzes thepresent situation and existing problems of experimental technical teams in colleges and universities, and puts forward practicalmethods from the guiding ideology, development goals, main tasks and safeguard measures of the team construction. The goal of theconstruction is to build an experimental technical team with good ideological work style, excellent comprehensive quality, skillfulexperimental skills and hard work, so as to cultivate more high-quality and high level compound medical talents for the society andpromote the further development of the school.
