摘要
目的比较黄芪注射液穴位注射与伐昔洛韦治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的临床疗效。方法选取攀枝花市第四人民医院2015年1月—2016年1月收治的复发性生殖器疱疹患者88例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各44例。对照组患者采用伐昔洛韦治疗,研究组患者采用黄芪注射液穴位注射治疗,两组患者均持续治疗8个疗程。比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后汉密顿焦虑评分量表(HAMA)评分。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者HAMA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者HAMA评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪注射液穴位注射治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的临床疗效优于伐昔洛韦,其可更有效地改善患者的临床症状及焦虑情绪,降低复发率。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of astragalus injection for acupoint injection and valacyclovir in treating recurrent genital herpes.Methods A total of 88 cases of recurrent genital herpes patients were selected from January 2015 to January 2016 in the Fourth People＇s Hospital of Panzhihua,which were randomly divided into control group and study group,44 cases in each group.The control group was given valacyclovir,study group was treated with astragalus injection for acupoint injection,both groups were treated for 8 courses.The clinical effect and HAMA scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total efficacy rate in the study group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,no significant difference of HAMA scores was found between the two groups（P〉0.05）;after treatment,the study group of HAMA scores was lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Astragalus injection for acupoint injection has a better clinical effect than valacyclovir in treating recurrent genital herpes,it can more effectively improve the clinical symptoms and anxiety emotion of patients,and control the recurrence.
