摘要
经济与教育是现代社会发展的基础,其中高等教育更是连接经济发展与人才培养的桥梁,因此高等教育与经济发展两者之间的动态关系成为一个十分重要且值得研究的问题。分别运用Pearson积差相关法、主成分分析法、VAR模型,对1999—2015年河南省高等教育与经济增长之间的动态关系进行了实证研究。结果表明,河南省高等教育呈现出教育结构不合理、创新人才严重缺乏、教育经费投入明显不足等问题,且河南省高等教育与经济增长之间存在长期稳定的均衡关系。最后从加大教育投入、"以点带面"集中发展、积极促进校企合作3个方面对河南省高等教育与经济的协调发展提出相关政策建议。
Economy and education is the foundation of the development of modern society, in which the higher education is the bridge that connets the economic development and personnel training. Therefore it is importamt and worthwhile to explore the dynamic relationship between higher education and economic development. In this paper, Pearson product difference correlation method, principal component analysis and VAR model were used to conduct an empirical study on the dynamic relationship between education and economic growth in Henan province between 1999 and 2015. The results show that higher education in Henan province has some problems, such as unreasonable structure of education, serious lack of innovative talents and obvious shortages of financial investment education and so on .Also we can find there is a long-term stable equilibrium relationship between education and economic growth in Henan province.Finally, this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions on the coordinated development of education and economy in Henan province from three aspects: increasing education input, focusing on “fanning out from point to area” and actively promoting school-enterprise cooperation.
