摘要
据统计，我国2006年产生的废旧轮胎高达1亿条，如果按照每年15％的增长速度来计算，预计到2011年产生的废旧轮胎将达到2亿条。而目前我国的废旧轮胎利用率却不到1％，远远低于世界发达国家。在这样的大背景下，废旧轮胎的再生利用迫在眉睫。
The outstanding pavement performance,recycling and environmental protection characteristics of robber asphalt are expounded in terms of the research and development of rubber asphalt technology,especially the application and popularization in America.The extensiveness of prospect of rubber asphalt technology in China is predicted.
