摘要
高通量测序技术的快速发展推动了生命科学领域的研究进程,已广泛应用于动植物病原物抗药性分析、肿瘤研究、遗传育种、病原学诊断、微生物学、分子流行病学和细菌分类学等多个领域。RNA-seq即"转录组测序技术",是高通量测序的一项重要内容,也是基因组学和转录组学分析过程中的一种新型手段。本文查阅了利用RNA-seq技术研究褐飞虱(Nilaparvata lugens)的文献资料,对生长发育与繁殖、防御与免疫和抗逆性方面进行了综述。
The rapid development of high-throughput sequencing technology has promoted the research progress in bio-science and been widely used in plant and animal disease resistance analysis, cancer research, genetic breeding, etiolo-gy diagnosis, microbiology, molecular epidemiology and bacterial taxonomy. RNA-seq or “ transcriptome sequencingtechnology” is an important part of high-throughput sequencing and a new method in genomics and transcriptome analy-sis. This paper focuses on RNA-seq application in Nilaparvata lugensi on the growth and reproduction, defense, immu-nity and resistance.
