摘要
目的探究舒适护理对提高乳腺癌患者留置PICC管依从性的临床效果。方法将我院自2015年5月至2017年5月收治的30例乳腺癌患者作为观察对象,按照就数字随机原则,随机的分为观察组及对照组,每组各15例,其中对照组给予常规护理措施,而观察组则在常规护理的基础上联合舒适护理模式,观察两组患者对于留置PICC管的依从情况。结果对照组患者仅有73.3%(11例)的患者接受PICC置管操作,且有2例患者在置入后有因携带不便而有取出意向;观察组患者则有93.3%(14例)的患者接受PICC置管,且置管后积极配合相关护理工作,未见有取出意向。结论浅析舒适护理能够有效提高乳腺癌患者对留置PICC管的依从性,有助于后续治疗的开展,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of comfortable nursing on improving the adherence of PICC tube in breast cancer patients. Methods Thirty cases of breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 15 cases in each group. The control group received routine care measures, while the observation group combined the comfort care model on the basis of routine care to observe the compliance of the two groups of patients with the indwelling PICC tube. Results In the control group, only 73.3%（11 patients） received PICC catheterization, and 2 patients had intentional intentions due to inconvenience after implantation; 93.3% of patients in the observation group（ 14 patients） underwent PICC catheterization, and actively cooperated with the relevant nursing work after catheterization, No conclusions were drawn. Conclusion The analysis of comfort nursing can effectively improve the compliance of breast cancer patients with indwelling PICC tubes and contribute to follow-up treatment. The development is worth promoting.
