摘要
目的:应用P ICC导管(经外周静脉插入中心静脉导管)为乳腺癌术后化疗患者建立深静脉通道,观察其临床效果。方法:经患者健侧上肢贵要静脉、肘正中静脉将P ICC导管置入上腔静脉进行化疗。结果:53例患者全部置管成功,行大剂量化疗,导管留置20周以上,无1例发生药物渗漏性血管损伤、皮肤损伤及导管护理并发症,顺利完成化疗。结论:行P ICC置管化疗并进行正确的导管护理,可以避免化疗药物产生的局部不良反应,操作方便,安全可靠,保留时间长,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of deep vein tunnel in application of PICC catheter（a catheter inserted to central venous through peripheral vein）in chemotherapy of patients with breast carcinoma after operation. Methods ：PICC catheter was inserted to superior vena cava through uninjured side basilic vein or median cubital vein for receving chemotherapy. Results ：All of 53 patients with breast carcinoma were succeed in establishing PICC catheter and flushing dose hemotherapy were executed. Though PICC catheter was detained for 20 weeks.no patients occurrence injury of blood vessel ＆ skin originated from drug leakage, and no nursing complication occurrence also, chemotherapy were executed successfully in all of patients. Conclusion ：It deserves spread application PICC catheter to clinic for avoiding local adverse effect of chemotherapy ,convenient manipulating ,long retention time ,high security and reliability.
