摘要
目的探讨毒性中药千金子减毒炮制方法。方法以炒制、生制、冷霜、热霜、酒致和蒸霜等6种炮制方法对中药千金子毒性成分脂肪油含量进行测定,以此为临床制药提供一定参考依据。结果 6种炮制方法中,生制、炒制和酒制三种方法含油量相较于三种霜制更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而三种霜制方法中,蒸霜炮制含油率相较于其他两组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论各类减毒炮制方法中以蒸霜效果最好,但使用热霜和冷霜可取得药性和毒性平衡,临床制药可酌情进行选择。制霜法炮制千金子可显著降低其脂肪油含量,而蒸霜法效果最优,可作为临床减毒炮制千金子的重要方法。
Objective To explore the method of attenuating the poisonous Chinese medicine Qianjinzi. Methods The content of fatty oil in the toxic component of Chinese medicine Qianjinzi was determined by 6 methods of frying, raw, cold cream, hot cream, wine and steaming, which provided a reference for clinical medicine. Results Among the 6 processing methods, the oil content of the 3 methods was higher than that of the 3 frosts(P〈0.05). Among the 3 frost preparation methods, the oil content of steam frost processing was lower than that of the other two groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The various methods of attenuating and concocting have the best effect of steaming, but the use of hot cream and cold cream can achieve the balance of drug and toxicity. Clinical pharmaceuticals can choose according to their discretion. The frosting method can reduce the fat oil content significantly, and the steaming method has the best effect, which can be used as an important method for clinical attenuating and processing Qianjinzi.
