瓜蒌饮片防虫和防酸败的包装技术研究 被引量:2

Packaging technology of Fructus Trichosanthis pieces for preventing insect pest and rancidity

摘要 目的针对瓜蒌饮片特别容易虫蛀和酸败的现象,研制其包装技术。方法以遭受印度谷螟轻度虫蛀的瓜蒌饮片为试验材料,采用4种前处理方法、6种包装材料、5种包装形式相结合的方式进行包装,在常温简易库中贮藏1年,打开包装后,进行虫蛀的观察,按《中国药典》2015年版有关"脂肪与脂肪油测定法"进行酸值的测定,以是否出现虫蛀和酸值指标进行防虫和防酸败效果的比较。结果 4种前处理方法中,微波中火50 s处理的瓜蒌饮片,未虫蛀合格率和酸值合格率均最高;6种包装材料中,0.10mm单层厚度的低密度聚乙烯材质的厚塑料袋和0.15 mm单层厚度的聚乙烯材质的铝塑复合膜包装的瓜蒌饮片,未虫蛀合格率较高,酸值合格率最高;5种包装形式中,0.07 MPa真空度包装的瓜蒌,未虫蛀合格率和酸值合格率均最高。结论采用微波中火前处理,以0.10 mm单层厚度的厚塑料袋或0.15 mm单层厚度的铝塑复合膜为包装袋,0.07 MPa真空包装处理的结合技术,对瓜蒌饮片进行包装后,可以有效地防虫和防酸败,达到最佳的贮藏效果。该包装技术的形成具有中药贮藏和包装研究方法学的突破。 Objective To develop a packaging technology aiming at the insect pest and rancidity of Fructus Trichosanthes pieces(FTP) in storage. Methods FTP suffering by Plodia interpunctella Hübner mildly was used as the experimental material. Four pretreatment methods, six packaging materials, and five packaging forms were used for the package. After 1 year storage in a simple warehouse, all the packages were opened, the damage of Plodia interpunctella Hübner was observed, and the acid value of each sample was determined according to "fat and fat oil assay" in the Pharmacopoeia of People's Republic of China 2015 Edition. The effect of preventing insect pest and rancidity of different packaging technology was compared with the appearance of Plodia interpunctella Hübner and acid values. Results Among the four pretreatment methods, FTP irradiated with microwave fire for 50 s had the highest uninfesting rate and qualified acid rate. FTP with thick plastic bag of low density polyethylene material(0.10 mm single layer) and aluminum plastic composite film of polyethylene material(0.15 mm single layer) had relatively higher uninfesting rate and highest qualified acid value among the six packaging materials. FTP vacuum packaged with 0.07 MPa vacuum degree had the highest uninfesting rate and qualified acid-value among five packaging forms. Conclusion Package technology with the combination of microwave medium fire pretreatment, thick plastic bag of 0.10 mm single layer or aluminum plastic composite film of 0.15 mm single layer, and vacuum packaging may effectively prevent insect pest and rancidity, reaching of the best storage effect of FTP. The formation of the packaging technology is a breakthrough in the storage and packaging research methodology of traditional Chinese medicine.
