摘要
目的确定白芍的最佳贮藏条件。方法对不同温度、湿度条件下的白芍饮片和未切片白芍根茎进行芍药苷含量、含水量、霉变率监测,用SPSS统计分析软件处理数据,并观测不同包装材料对白芍贮藏的影响。结果不同温度和湿度条件下芍药苷含量的变化有显著性差异;温度、湿度越低芍药苷含量降低越少。白芍含水量、霉变率与湿度关系密切。塑料袋和真空包装防潮效果好。结论白芍贮藏以低温、低湿,塑料袋或真空包装为佳。
Objective To determine the best storage condition for Radix Paeoniae Alba.Methods The paeoniflorin content,water content and mildew rate were determined,SPSS was applied in data analysis;the influences of different package materials were observed.Results There was significant difference for the paeoniflorin content in samples stored at different conditions.Lower temperature and lower humidity were in favor of storage.Water content and mildew rate were closely related to humidity.Plastic and vacuum packaging played the good moisture-proof role.Conclusion Radix Paeoniae Alba should be stored at lower temperature and lower humidity with plastic or vacuum package.
