摘要
社会物流总费用占GDP比重，是衡量物流成本高低的通用指标。本文基于宁波市社会物流成本的现状，分析了影响物流成本的基础设施硬件、制度和组织三个层面的原因，并认为物流园区、物流信息及运行机制三大要素是导致宁波市物流成本居高不下的基本成因，提出了物流业降本增效的对策建议。
The proportion of total social logistics cost to GDP, is a general index to measure the cost of logistics. Based on the current situation of logistics cost of Ningbo city, this paper analyzed the infrastructure, institution and organization factors; found that the elements of logistics park, information and mechanism are key factors resulting to the higher logistics cost of Ningbo city; put forward countermeasures of reducing logistics cost and increasing efficiency.
