槲皮素在电活化玻碳电极上的电化学行为测定 被引量:1

摘要 目的利用循环伏安法对槲皮素在电活化玻碳电极上的电化学行为进行研究。方法玻碳电极在pH=7. 0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,用恒电位法在1. 4 V电位下阳极氧化400 s。结果在pH=4. 4的醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液中,槲皮素在0. 3859 V和0. 3283 V处产生一对准可逆的氧化还原峰。氧化峰峰电流与槲皮素浓度在6. 04~24. 16 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系(R2=0. 970 8)。结论此方法适合测定槐花中的槲皮素含量,平均回收率为103. 78%。 Objective To study the electrochemical behavior of quercetin at an electro-activated glassy carbon elec-trode by using cyclic voltammetry(cv). Methods The glassy carbon electrode was acheived by means of anodizationwith 400 s at potential 1. 4 V in phosphate buffer solution at pH 7. 0. Results In HAc-NaAc buffer solution(pH =4. 4),a pair of reversible redox peak of quercetin was observed at potential 0. 3859 V and 0. 3283 V. The anodic peakcurrent is proportional to the concertration of quercetin over the range from 6. 04 ~ 24. 16 mg / L(R2= 0. 970 8).Conclusion This method was suitable for the determination of quercetin in flos sophorae. The average recovery ratewas 103. 78%.
