摘要
目的对早期糖尿病肾病患者接受缬沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗的效果,对治疗的安全性进行分析。方法根据2016年5月—2017年4月该院收治的早期糖尿病肾病患者84例进行分析研究,将患者分成了单独用药组和联合用药组,均有42例患者。单独用药组使用缬沙坦治疗,联合用药组使用缬沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗。对两组的治疗效果和安全性进行对比分析。结果联合用药组共有27例显效,12例有效,3例无效患者,治疗有效率是92.86%;单独用药组有19例显效,11例有效,12例无效,治疗有效率是71.43%。联合用药物患者的治疗有效率比单独用药组高(P<0.05)。联合用药组的不良反应发生率是11.90%;单独用药组的不良反应发生率是14.29%,结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早期糖尿病肾病患者接受缬沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗的效果较好,安全性较高,联合用药能够改善患者的炎症和肾功能,安全性比较高,副作用比较少。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of valsartan combined with atorvastatin in patients with early diabetic nephropathy and to analyze the safety of treatment. Methods According to an analysis of 84 patients with early diabetic nephropathy in the hospital from May 2016 to April 2017, the patients were divided into a single drug group and a combination group, with 42 patients in each group. The sedative group was treated with valsartan and the combination group was treated with valsartan plus atorvastatin. The therapeutic effects and safety of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results A total of 27 cases were markedly effective in the combination group, 12 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective, the treatment efficiency was 92.86%; 19 cases were markedly effective in the drug-only group, 11 cases were effective, 12 cases were ineffective, and the treatment efficiency was 71.43%. The treatment efficiency of patients with combination drugs was higher than that of the drug alone group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was 11.90%; the incidence of advelse reactions in the single-agent group was 14.29%, and the Results were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Patients with early diabetic nephropathy receiving valsartan combined with atorvastatin have better efficacy and higher safety. Combination therapy can improve patients＇ inflammation and renal function, with higher safety and fewer side effects.
