摘要
目的:探究自拟黄芪益肾汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选取我院2012年1月-2015年1月收治的168例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规西药治疗,试验组采用自拟黄芪益肾汤治疗,疗程均为8周。观察治疗前后症状改善情况、尿蛋白和尿糖、血糖、肾功能及血液流变学指标的变化情况。结果:试验组的总有效率(93.0%)显著高于对照组(85.5%),P<0.05。试验组症状改善情况、尿蛋白和尿糖、血糖、肾功能及血液流变学指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟黄芪益肾汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病具有很好的临床疗效和很高的安全性,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate clinical effects of the Huangqi Yishen decoction on early diabetic nephropathy. Methods： 168patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received conventional western medicine; the experimental group wasgiven the Huangqi Yishen decoction, for 8 weeks. The change of symptoms improvement, urine protein, urine, blood sugar, renal functionand hemorheological indexes was observed. Results： The total efficiency in the experimental group （93.0%） was significantly higher than85.5% in the control group; and all indexes in the experimental group were better, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The Huangqi Yishen decoction onearly diabetic nephropathy showed a good clinical effect and high safety, and was worthy of promotion.
