摘要
以某型空气源热泵外机为例,测试和分析了外机噪声频谱数据,结合滤波回放技术,确定了低频噪声频率。利用模态测试和声源识别技术,确定了机组外机低频噪声产生的主要原因。根据分析结果对机组外机壁板进行了优化和改进,并对整改后的机组外机进行了试验测试。结果表明,优化后的机组外机低频噪声有了明显改善,为热泵及空调机组外机低频噪声源识别及控制提供了一种有效方法。
For a certain type of air source heaters,the low frequency noise is determined by testing and analyzing theoutdoor-unit sound pressure spectrum, combined with the filter playback technique. The main reason for the low frequency noise isfound by using modal test and sound source identification technology. According to the results of analysis, the structure of airsource heater is optimized and improved, and the optimized product was tested. The results show that, compared with the prototype,low frequency noise of the optimized product is well reduced. This paper provides an effective method for the analysis and controlof low frequency noise of air source heater and air condition.
