摘要
介绍了空气源热泵热水器的优点及工作原理,并着重针对在户外使用的情况,提出了机组在恶劣工况下可靠运行时的系统调节方法,并对其进行实验研究。研究结果表明,通过电控信号来控制电磁阀的开启,可以很好地解决压缩机在低温恶劣工况运行时高温跳机的问题;通过卸荷阀控制喷液旁通,可以使热泵系统在高温恶劣工况时维持在一个理想的压力状态下稳定运行,大大提高机组抗过负荷能力。同时,也针对类似方案,进行了试验对比及研究。
This passage has briefly introduced the advantage and working principles about Air Source Heat Pump Water Heaters, pointed out available methods about system matching of the unit in atrocious conditions which mainly based on the domestic users' habit and were taken into experimental research. The result showed that, the auto switch off of the compressor in low temperature atrocious condition can be solved well By electronic signal to make the electric valve to be on or off; the heat pump system can be steadily operated and maintained to be a ideal pressure in atrocious high temperature condition by controlling the load-off valve bypassing the liquid flowing, and the load range of the unit was extended largely. Meanwhile, compared experiments and research were also taken into the similar methods.
