摘要
目的对不同耳鸣掩蔽曲线与耳鸣治疗效果间的关系进行研究,提高耳鸣治疗方法选择合理性。方法选取我院2015年8月—2017年7月收治的主观性耳鸣患者119例(148耳)作为研究对象,给予耳鸣测试、掩蔽治疗,分析测试与掩蔽治疗效果及两者关系。结果在耳鸣掩蔽曲线中,残余抑制试验阳性率的是汇聚型、重叠型,掩蔽治疗效果最佳的也是汇聚型、重叠型,耳鸣掩蔽曲线与治疗效果间成正相关关系。结论对于不同耳鸣掩蔽曲线患者而言,掩蔽治疗效果并不一致,需要根据患者实际情况,制定针对性的治疗方法,提高患者临床治疗效果,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To study the relationship between diferent tinnitus masking curves and tinnitus treatment effect, so as to improve the rationality of tinnitus treatment method selection. Methods 119 patients （ 148 ears ） with subjective tinnitus admitted in our hospital from August 2015 to July 2017 were selected as research objects, and tinnitus test and masking treatment were given, and the efect of test and masking treatment and their relationship were analyzed. Results Among the tinnitus masking curves, the positive rate of residual inhibition test was convergent and overlapping, and the best masking treatment efect was also convergent and overlapping. There was a positive correlation between tinnitus masking curve and treatment efect. Conclusion For patients with diferent tinnitus masking curves, the masking treatment effect is not consistent, and it is necessary to formulate targeted treatment methods according to the actual situation of patients, to improve the clinical treatment efect of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
