摘要
特发性耳鸣是耳鼻咽喉科的常见难题之一。目前,特发性耳鸣的发病机制虽然达成一些共识,但仍未完全阐明。对于急性特发性耳鸣,多主张按照突发性耳聋的治疗方案,而对于慢性特发性耳鸣多采用心理治疗、习服治疗、掩蔽治疗等方案,以及鼓室注液、针灸、中医汤药等。由于特发性耳鸣治疗疗程较长、见效较慢及疗效评估尚未统一,故各文献报道的治愈率及有效率高低不等。因此,个性化的治疗方案及统一疗效评估方案是将来特发性耳鸣的重要研究方向之一。
Idiopathic tinnitus is one of the common problems in otolaryngology. At present, some consensus has been reached for the pathogenesis of idiopathic tinnitus, but has not been fully elucidated. For acute idiopathic tinnitus, treatment of sudden deafness treatment is suggested, and for chronic idiopathic tinnitus, psychotherapy, acclimatization, masking therapy regimens, as well as tympanic fluid injection, acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine etc. are often adopted. Because the treatment of idiopathic tinnitus is long, the effect is slower and the curative effect evaluation has not been unified, the cure rate and the effective rate are different in different reports. Therefore, to develop individualized treatment and curative effect evaluation scheme is one of the important directions of idiopathic tinnitus research in the future.
