摘要
针对医学生人文素质培养,在在线教育方面进行了有益的实践和探索,主要从在线医学人文素质培养课程的设置、将医学人文素质培养融入虚拟仿真教学平台、利用在线课程资源打造具有医学人文精神的教师队伍、利用网络环境在线宣传和组织学生参与人文活动及医学人文素质教学评价网络体系的构建等方面进行实践。在线教育模式为医学生人文素质培养提供了更广阔的平台,使医学生从"关注疾病"转为"关注患者",使其树立敬畏生命、关爱生命、尊重生命、维护生命的理念。
To cultivate humanity literacy of medical students, the authors have made beneficial practice and exploration in online education, including setting up corresponding online courses, integrating students＇ humanity education into virtual simulation teaching platform, building faculty team with humanistic spirit in medicine by online courses, advocating humanity activities and the establishing teaching quMity evaluation system online and encouraging student participation. This online teaching model advocates the reverence for life, care for life, respect for life and protection on the right to life, and the e-learning provides a larger platform for increasing medical humanity and enables medical students to move from disease-centered care into patient-centered care.
