摘要
目的:观察曲度邦牵引对椎动脉型颈椎病的治疗作用。方法:80例随机分为观察组40例,采用曲度邦牵引配合常规治疗;对照组40例,采用坐位牵引配合常规治疗。1个疗程(15d)后统计临床疗效,疗程结束后3个月进行随访,观察其复发率。结果:观察组总有效率90.0%,复发率17.14%;对照组总有效率82.5%,复发率43.75%。结论:通过临床观察证明,曲度邦牵引对于椎动脉型颈椎病有很好的疗效,且疗效优于坐位牵引,复发率低,临床上值得推广。
Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Qudubang traction on vertebral artery type cervical spon- dylosis. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The observers used conventional treatment with cervical disc hydrator traction, and 40 patients in the control group, with sitting traction combined with conventional treatment. Clinical efficacy was calculated after 1 course of treatment （ 15 days ）. Follow-up was performed 3 months after the end of the treatment to observe the recurrence rate. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%, and the recurrence rate was 17.14%. The total effective rate of the control group was 82.5%, and the recurrence rate was 43.75%. Conclusion： Clinical observation shows that Qudubang traction has a good curative effect on vertebral artery type cervical spondylnsis, and its curative effect is better than silting traction, and the recurrence rate is low, which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
