摘要
目的探讨加味补阳还五汤配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将80例椎动脉型颈椎病随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组40例,治疗组采用加味补阳还五汤配合推拿手法治疗;对照组采用复方丹参酮ⅡA注射液20mL加入0.9%氯化钠注射液500mL静脉滴注配合推拿疗法治疗,观察两组患者的临床效果差异性。结果对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别是37.5%和62.5%,治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论加味补阳还五汤配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with massage on vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods 80 cases of patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Observation group received Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with massage, control group was treated with Compound Danshen A Injection 20mL plus 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection 500mL intravenous drip combined with massage, compare the effieaeies of the two groups after treatment. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 62.5%, higher than 37.5% of control group with statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with massage is effective in treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.
