摘要
我国特色小镇在建设过程中出现的同质化、房产化、盲目圈地等现象严重影响了特色小镇的可持续发展,通过对青岛西海岸特色小镇的经济基础进行分析,发现旅游业对当地特色小镇经济的带动作用不明显,本文根据当地自然资源及区位优势从全域旅游的角度提出了特色小镇的可持续发展路径,并对其健康发展提出建议,以期能为青岛西海岸特色小镇的经济结构优化,推进地区的新型城镇化发展等方面给予启发和探索。
The phenomenon of homogeneity, real estate and blind enclosure in the construction process of China＇s characteristic towns has seriously affected the sustainable development of featured towns, and analyzed the economic basis of the small towns on the west coast of Qingdao. It is found that the tourism industry＇s leading role in promoting local economy is not obvious. Based on the local natural resources and geographical advantages, this paper proposes a sustainable development path for featured towns from the perspective of global tourism, and proposes suggestions for its healthy development. The economical structure of Qingdao West Coast featured town has been optimized and promoted in the area of new urbanization development.
