摘要
目的:评价Seminar教学法在成都中医药大学食品卫生与营养专业的公共营养学课程中应用的效果。方法:用整群抽样的方法,选取食品卫生与营养专业2013级和2014级本科生作为对照组和实验组,分别采用传统教学模式和Seminar教学模式教学,利用问卷调查与期末考核成绩评价其教学效果。结果:实验组认为Seminar教学法在增进知识点的理解、激发学习兴趣、提高自学能力、增强表达能力、增强营养思维能力、帮助理论知识的记忆方面有效的比例分别为82. 8%、86. 2%、77. 6%、75. 9%、62. 1%与72. 4%,实验组期末考核成绩相对较高,差异有统计学意义(t=3. 22,P <0. 001)。结论:Seminar案例教学可充分调动公共营养学课堂学生积极性,提高学习成效。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Seminar teaching in public nutrition teaching in major, of food hygiene and nutrition. Method Undergraduate students majored in food hygiene and nutrition were chosen from two grades with clustering sampling method and divided into control group and the experimental group. Seminar teaching model was adopted in the experimental group, and traditional teaching model was in the control group. The teaching effect was evaluated by questionnaire survey and examination. Results In experimental group, the proportion of understanding knowledge points, stimulating interest in learning, improving ability to self - learning, enhancing expression ability, intensifying abihty to nutrition thinking, and strengthening memory of theoretical knowledge was 82. 8%, 86. 2%, 77.6%, 75.9%, 62. 1% and 72. 4%, respectively. And the scores of examination in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group (P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion Seminar teaching can fully mobilize the students' enthusiasm, of learning public nutrition and improve learning effectiveness.
