摘要
以沙曲选煤厂改扩建工程为背景,针对原有工艺、设备、布置等方面存在的问题,结合煤质资料和沙曲一、二矿井生产实际,重点对选煤工艺设计优化、设备选型的确定等方面进行归纳总结,对新旧粗煤泥分选系统的工艺设计、设备选型及生产运行情况进行了对比分析,以及改扩建后新技术、新工艺、新设备的应用情况与存在问题进行了剖析。
Based on the expansion project of Shaqu Coal Preparation Plant, according to the problems existed in technology,equipment,layout and other aspects of the coal preparation plant,combined with the coal property data and the production conditions in Shaqu Coal Mine, the author mainly summarized the coal preparation process design optimization,the equipment selection and other aspects,compared the old and new coarse coal slime separation system,and analyzed the application and existing problems of the new technology, new process and new equipment after reconstruction and expansion.
