摘要
针对沙章图选煤厂入选原煤中块煤量大、矸石含量高、可选性差等特点,结合矿区现有选煤厂的工艺流程和产品定位,在分析国内炼焦煤选煤厂常用分选工艺优缺点的基础上,确定了沙章图选煤厂生产工艺流程,提出了大型炼焦煤选煤厂工艺设计的新思路。
The raw coal feed of Shazhangtu Coal Preparation plant contains a large proportion of coarse coal and dirt and is poor in washability. Following a general survey of the washing processes currently applied by existing plants in the same mining area, and their product positioning, an analysis is made of the advantages and disadvantages of the washing processes commonly used in domestic coking coal preparation plants. Based on the result of analysis, the washing processes are selected. The paper puts forward a new thought on process design for large-sized coking coal preparation plants.
