摘要
含二氮杂萘酮结构聚芳醚类树脂是一类新型的高性能工程塑料,具备优于传统聚合物树脂的综合性能,如优异的力学性能、热学性能、热稳定性、溶剂溶解性等,而且,与其他高性能聚合物相比,此类塑料还具备更优的耐高温和可溶解性能,加工方式多样,性价比高,是制备高性能树脂基复合材料的理想基材,应用前景广阔。综述了含二氮杂萘酮结构聚芳醚类树脂的分子结构设计、合成、性能、改性及其在分离膜材料、电池隔膜材料、电绝缘材料、吸波材料、微孔材料、纳米纤维、医学领域的开发和应用,并对发展前景进行了展望。
Poly(aryl ether) containing phthalazinone moiety polymers, a novel high performance polymer, has much better thermal resistance and solubility than that of some well-known commercial high performance polymers and more excellent comprehensive performance than that of traditional polymer resins, such as outstanding mechanical property, thermal property, thermal stable property,solvent solubility and so on , and possess various processing methods. So it has the characteristic of high capability, and it is the ideal matrix selection for preparing high performance resin matrix composite. These characteristics permit it to be used in many engineering applications. The design of molecular structure, synthesis, properties modification and applications in separation membrane materials, battery membrane materials, electric insulation, absorbing materials, microporous materials, nanofiber and medical field of poly (aryl ether) containing phthalazinone moiety polymers are elaborately reviewed. Moreover, the foreground of development is expected.
