摘要
随着医院规模的不断增大,同济医院从原单院区模式,逐步发展到汉口、光谷、中法三院区集团运营模式。在这种运营模式下,医院的资产结构变得更加复杂,资产管理也越发薄弱。因此,需要建立一个基于全闭环固定资产管理的跨院区管理系统,对固定资产全生命周期覆盖、相应业务信息自动转换为财务信息,实现对固定资产更高效的管理。
With the continuous increase in the size of the hospital,Tongji from the original single district model,and gradually de-veloped to Hankou,Optical Valley,China and France three homes group operating mode.In this mode of operation,the hospital＇sasset structure has become more complex,asset management is also increasingly weak.Therefore,it is necessary to establish across-district management system based on the closed-loop fixed asset management.The whole life cycle coverage of fixed assetsand the corresponding business information are automatically converted into financial information to realize the more efficient man-agement of fixed assets.
