摘要
黄连在现代中医临证中广泛应用于消化系统、呼吸系统、心脑血管、肿瘤以及妇科、儿科、五官、皮肤等疾病中,执繁就简,把黄连现代中医临证应用分为清上、清中以及清下3种,同时,对于黄连现代研究将基础医学、基础药理学的研究进展同临床紧紧结合起来,用生物信息学、分子生物学、免疫学和蛋白组学的研究技术,从整体、细胞和分子水平来探讨,找到更为准确的黄连及其系列方剂的作用靶点,从而使黄连中医临证研究形成一个开放性包容中西医现代中药研究新的体系。
Rhizoma coptidis is widely used in modern TCM clinical digestive system,respiratory system,cardiovascular,tumor,gynecology,pediatrics,facial features and skin diseases. The modern traditional Chinese medicine clinical application of rhizoma coptidis can be divided into clearing the upper,clearing the middle and clearing the lower. At the same time,the rhizoma coptidis modern research combines research progress of basic medicine and pharmacology closely with bioinformatics,molecular biology,immunology and the technology of proteomics research,to explore from the whole,cellular and molecular levels so as to find out more accurate coptis chinensis and its series of prescription targets,so that the clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） coptis embraces modern traditional Chinese and Western medicine research new openness system.
