摘要
目的分析黄连润肌膏辅助常规西药治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床价值。方法选取符合研究条件的80例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者,随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组给予常规他克莫司软膏治疗,治疗组在此基础上联合黄连润肌膏治疗。治疗4周后统计两组临床疗效,观察治疗前后皮肤屏障功能(表皮皮脂含量、皮肤角质层含水量、经皮水分丢失)、细胞免疫功能[T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+)]、负性情绪[焦虑(SAS评分)、抑郁(SDS评分)]评分及生活质量(DLQI)评分。结果治疗组治疗后临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;治疗后两组表皮皮脂含量、皮肤角质层含水量、经皮水分丢失均较本组治疗前改善,且治疗组表皮皮脂含量、皮肤角质层含水量多于对照组,经皮水分丢失少于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;治疗后两组CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+均较本组治疗前改善,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;治疗后两组SAS、SDS及DLQI评分均较本组治疗前改善,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论黄连润肌膏联合常规西药治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎效果显著,可有效改善患者皮肤屏障功能,可能与纠正局部细胞免疫功能紊乱有关,且该方案有利于缓解患者负性情绪,提高生活质量。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of Huanglian Runji Ointment in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis.Method 80 patients with facial hormone dependent dermatitis who meet the research conditions were divided into control group and treatment group with random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional tacrolimus ointment,and the treatment group was combined with Huanglian Runji Ointment on ther basis of the control group’s treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,skin barrier function(skin sebum content,skin cuticle water content,percutaneous water loss),cellular immune function[T lymphocyte subsets(CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+],negative emotion[anxiety(SAS) were statistically analyzed Score),depression(SDS score) and quality of life(DLQI score) ].Result The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the epidermal sebum content,skin stratum corneum water content,and transdermal water loss of the two groups were improved compared with before treatment,and the treatment group Epidermal sebum content and skin stratum corneum water content are more than those of the control group,and transdermal water loss is less than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant;after treatment,the two groups of CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+ were improved compared to before treatment,And the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;after treatment,the SAS,SDS and DLQI scores of the two groups were improved compared to before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was There is statistical significance.Conclusion Huanglian Runji ointment combined with conventional medicine has a significant effect on facial hormone-dependent dermatitis,which can effectively improve the skin barrier function of patients.It may be related to the correction of local cellular immune dysfunction,and this program is beneficial to alleviate patients’ negative emotions and improve the quality of life.
