摘要
目的分析综合医院行政管理人员的工作满意度及影响工作满意度的相关因素。方法选择综合医院行政管理人员57人作为本次观察对象,观察时间为2017年5月至2018年5月,2017年5月针对综合医院行政管理人员实施常规管理,2018年1月开始实施统一科学规范管理,对比管理前后综合医院行政管理人员的工作满意度差异及相应的影响因素。结果管理前行政管理人员工作满意度为78.95%,管理后,行政管理人员工作满意度为92.98%,管理后的满意度明显高于管理前,存在显著差异(P<0.05),统计学有意义。结论在综合医院行政管理人员的管理过程中影响其工作满意度的因素较多,管理过程中应实施相应的统一科学规范管理,给予相应的激励对策,提高行政管理人员的工作积极性及满意度,提高工作效率,促进综合医院可持续发展。
Objective To analyze the job satisfaction of the general hospital administrators and the related factors that affect job satisfaction. Methods A total of 57 administrative staff members of the general hospital were selected as the target of observation. The observation period was from May 2017 to May 2018. In May 2017, the general management of general hospital administrators was implemented, and unified implementation began in January 2018. Scientific and standardized management, comparing the job satisfaction differences of the general hospital administrative staff before and after management and the corresponding influencing factors. Results The job satisfaction of management staff was 78.95%. After management, the job satisfaction of administrative staff was 92.98%. The satisfaction after management was significantly higher than that before management. There was significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion There are many factors influencing the job satisfaction in the management process of general hospital administrative staff. The management should implement corresponding unified scientific and standardized management, give corresponding incentive measures, improve the enthusiasm and satisfaction of administrative staff. To improve work efficiency and promote the sustainable development of general hospitals.
