摘要
带式输送机的改向滚筒时常发生破裂、失效,延误工期进度,给企业带来较大的经济损失和安全隐患。本文阐述了滚筒的结构型式并进行了受力分析,提出了增大滚筒直径、改善滚筒结构等措施,使滚筒的强度和刚度得到显著提高,为工程设计与应用提供参考。
The bend pulleys of beh conveyor often crack, fail and thus delay schedule, which brings great economic loss and safety hazard to the enterprise. In this article, the structure form of bend pulley was elaborated and force analysis was given, and such measures as increasing the bend pulley diameter and improving bend pulley structure were put forward to enhance the bend pulley strength and stiffness remarkably, which brings reference for engineering design and application.
