煤矿带式输送机改向滚筒强度分析与优化设计研究

摘要 针对改向滚筒工作过程中极易出现筒体中间位置塌陷的问题,运用有限元仿真分析方法,开展了改向滚筒的静强度分析与优化设计工作。结果显示,改向滚筒筒体中间位置存在应力集中是其出现筒体中间位置塌陷的主要原因。通过在改向滚筒中间位置设置加强环的方法完成了改向滚筒的优化设计,结果显示,优化之后的改向滚筒筒体中间位置最大应力数值相较于优化之前,降低了18.5%,相较于筒体制备材料具有1.28的安全系数,满足带式输送机安全可靠运行要求。应用结果显示,优化之后的改向滚筒满足带式输送机稳定运行要求,降低了输送带张紧频率,减少了带式输送机的停机时间,增加了煤炭企业的煤炭产量,创造了更多的经济效益。 Aiming at the problem that the middle position of the drum is prone to collapse during the working process of the redirecting drum,the static strength analysis and optimization design of the redirecting drum were carried out by using finite element simulation and analysis method.The results show that the stress concentration in the middle position of the barrel is the main reason for the collapse of the middle position of the barrel.The optimized design of the redirecting drum is completed by setting a reinforcement ring in the middle position of the redirecting drum,and the results show that the maximum stress value in the middle position of the cylinder body of the redirecting drum after optimization is reduced by 18.5%compared with that before optimization,and it has a safety coefficient of 1.28 compared with that of the cylinder body preparation material,which meets the requirement of safe and reliable operation of the belt conveyor.The application results show that the optimized redirecting roller meets the requirements of stable operation of belt conveyor,reduces the belt tensioning frequency,reduces the downtime of the belt conveyor,increases the coal production of coal enterprises and creates more economic benefits.
