摘要
目的评价中药一贯煎结合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床效果。方法将入选的60例(60眼)干眼症患者随机分为参照组及研究组,每组30例(30眼)。全部采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液进行治疗,研究组在此基础上加用中药一贯煎治疗。疗程均为1个月,治疗结束后比较2组患者的症状体征评分表、泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间和临床疗效。结果治疗1个月后,参照组患者症状体征评分表、泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间等各项指标与研究组比较的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。参照组患者的治疗有效率73.33%,研究组患者有效率为96.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中药一贯煎结合玻璃酸钠滴眼液进行中西医结合治疗干眼症可以促进患者的泪液分泌及延长泪膜破裂时间,显著改善患者的临床症状,临床疗效显著。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Yiguan decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of xerophthalmia. Methods 60 cases （60 eyes） of dry eye were selected as the clinical subjects. According to the random double blindness principle and the patient＇s informed consent, the patients were divided into the control group and the study group, with 30 cases （30 eyes） in each group. The patients in the control group and the study group were all treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops. On the basis of this treatment, the study group was also given Yiguan decoction. Two groups of patients were treated with a month of clinical treatment, and the symptoms and signs, tear secretion, tear film rupture time, the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was compared. Results After one month of drug treatment, there were significant differences in the indexes of symptoms and signs, tear secretion and tear film rupture time between the control group and the study group （P〈0.05）. The effective rate of the control group was 73.33%, and the effective rate of the study group was 96.67%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eye can promote the tear secretion of the patients and prolong the tear film rupture time, improve the clinical symptoms of the patients significantly, and the clinical effect is remarkable.
