摘要
目的观察一贯煎联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗抗结核药物所致药物性肝损伤的临床疗效和安全性。方法将160例符合纳入标准的患者,按照其就诊顺序进行编号,采用随机数字表法均分为2组,各80例,2组均给予抗结核治疗,并在抗结核治疗期间均口服复方甘草酸苷片,观察组加服中药一贯煎汤剂,治疗4周后,比较2组患者肝功能情况和临床疗效。结果谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、A/G值等指标,治疗4周后,观察组优于对照组,而且观察组的临床疗效也优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论一贯煎联合复方甘草酸苷片能有效保护抗结核治疗期间肺结核患者的肝功能。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiguan decoction combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets in the treatment of drug-induced liver injury （DILI） caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs. Methods 160 patients included in the standard, and were randomly divided into observation group and the control group, with 80 cases in each group. Two groups were given anti-tuberculosis treatment, and during anti-tuberculosis therapy are oral compound glycyrrhizin glucoside piece, and the observation group added Yiguan decoction. 4 weeks after treatment statistical treatment, liver function was compared. Results The aspertate aminotransferase （AST）, alanine aminotransferase （ALT）, alkaline phosphatase （ALP）, GGTP （gamma glutamyl transpeptidase） （GGT）, A/G value indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Yiguan decoction combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets can effectively protect the liver function of tuberculosis patients during anti-tuberculosis treatment.
