摘要
目的评价重症心力衰竭患者采用中西医结合治疗的临床价值。方法选取2014年11月—2017年11月我院接受治疗的98例重症心力衰竭患者随意分为研究组和对照组,其中对照组49例,采用单一西医治疗,研究组49例,予以中西医结合治疗,比较2组临床治疗效果以及治疗前后心功能各指标变化情况。结果治疗前,2组患者心功能指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗结束后,研究组左室射血分数、左室舒张末期内径以及左室收缩末期容积、左室收缩末期内径等心功能指标优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);研究组总有效率为95.91%,高于对照组总有效率81.63%,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对重症心力衰竭患者实施中西医结合治疗具有十分积极的应用价值,值得临床推广。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical value of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of severe heart failure. Methods 98 cases of severe heart failure treated in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2017 were selected as the research objects. According to the principle of random grouping of coin tossing method, they were divided into the study group and the control group. The control group f 49 cases was treated with a single western medicine and the study group of 49 cases received the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The clinical effects and the changes of cardiac function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no difference in cardiac function index between the two groups, and there had no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, the changes of left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular end diastolic diameter, left ventricular end systolic volume and left ventricular end systolic diameter were better than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. At the same time, the total effective rate of the study group was （95.91%）, was higher than that of the control group （81.63%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for severe heart failure has a very positive application value, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
