摘要
选用HAZOP、LOPA等分析方法来确定安全仪表系统的安全完整性等级,并对安全仪表系统进行设计、验证。同时针对甲醇合成企业的甲醇合成装置进行危险与危害性分析,对该装置运用保护层分析的方法,得出风险评估与决策,对不可接受的风险进行安全完整性定级。对安全仪表系统进行设计,并对安全仪表系统的完整性等级进行验证,开展可靠性分析。
This paper employs HAZOP, LOPA and other means to determine the SIL of safety instrument system and conducts design and verification for safety instrument system. It also carries out hazard and harm analysis on the methanol synthesis unit in methanol production enterprises by LOPA to draw conclusions for risk analysis and decisionmaking, and make SIL for the unacceptable risk. It conducts design for safety instrument system, verifies the integration level of the safety instrument system and carries out reliability analysis.
