摘要
国家安监总局发布的"安监总管三[2014]116号"文件中对安全仪表系统(SIS)的评估提出了具体要求。目前,SIS系统的SIL评估主要遵循功能安全领域内国际标准IEC 61508及IEC 61511。但是实际的工程实践中发现该标准中仍存在一定的不足,关键环节描述不够细致或者缺失,例如SIL验算及SIL预验算等。以某大型煤化工项目为例,探索SIL预验算以及功能安全规格书在功能安全评估中的应用模式。
State Administration of Work Safety has issued specific requirements for Safety Instrument System Assessment.At present,safety integrity level（SIL） assessment of safety instrument system（SIS） mainly obeys international standard IEC 61508 and IEC 61511.But some deficiency is still found in actual engineering practice,e.g.the description of some key links not detailed enough or missing,such as SIL verification and SIL pre-verification.This paper introduces the SIL pre-verification and safety requirements specification（SRS） using in functional safety assessment based on a coal chemical industry project.
