摘要
为提高高职学生的综合素质和创新创业能力,高职院校创新创业师资队伍建设是关键,国内外职业学校在创新创业师资建设方面积累了好多经验和成熟的做法,教育部、劳动和社会保障部、财政部、团中央等多部委高度重视,对高校学生创新创业工作给予政策、资金和理论上的宏观指导。随着我国综合国力的增强,高职学生创新创业的人数不断增多与学校创新创业指导教师缺少、创新创业制度资金和创新创业平台相对滞后之间的矛盾越来越突出,解决师资问题的最佳途径是培养专任教师担负起创新创业工作的实践者、指导者和教育者。
In order to improve the comprehensive quality and in-novative and entrepreneurial ability of higher vocational students,the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial teachers inhigher vocational colleges is the key. Domestic and foreign voca-tional schools have accumulated a lot of experience and maturepractices in the construction of innovative and entrepreneurialteachers. Ministry of Education, Ministry of Human Resourcesand Social Security, Ministry of Finance, and the Central Com-mittee of the Communist Youth League and other ministries andcommissions attach great importance to it, giving policy, capitaland theoretical macro-guidance to the work of innovation andentrepreneurship of college students. With the enhancement ofChina＇s comprehensive national strength, the number of highervocational students starting innovation and entrepreneurship isincreasing, and the lack of teachers in innovation and en-trepreneurship, the lack of innovation and entrepreneurship sys-tem, and the relative lag of innovation and entrepreneurship plat-forms are becoming more and more prominent, and the bestproblem for solving the problem of teaching staff is to trainfull-time teachers for innovation and entrepreneurship education.
