摘要
近年来,甘肃省政府高度重视旅游经济发展,但在发展过程中深受经济整体发展水平相对落后和区位条件相对偏远的双重因素制约。本文认为破解这一发展瓶颈的关键是政府牵头社会资本广泛参与本地旅游基础设施建设。本文以旅游基础设施中最为重要的轨道交通项目建设为切入点,详细论述了其建设融资策略。
In recent years,the government attaches great importance to the tourism economic development in Gansu province,but the tourism economic development is restrained by the dual factors of relatively backward development of overall economy and remote geographical position. The key to solve this bottleneck is that the government leads social capital to participate in the construction of local tourism infrastructure. In this paper,the most important rail transit project construction in tourism infrastructure is taken as the starting point,and its construction financing strategy is discussed in details.
