摘要
结合某采油厂实际数据,借助ANSYS软件平台建立了平底方形缺陷、椭圆平底缺陷、圆柱平底缺陷3种腐蚀缺陷,分别研究了其长度、宽度、深度、压力等因素对其剩余强度的影响,并对其进行寿命预测.结果表明,3种缺陷的几何尺寸对等效应力均存在临界值;在几何尺寸相同情况下,3种缺陷等效应力均随内压的增加而增大,平底椭圆形缺陷危害形最小,平底方形缺陷危害性最大.所得结论对于腐蚀管道的安全评价有一定的指导意义.
Combining with actual data of oil production plant, three kinds of corrosion defects, flat bottomed square defects, elliptical flat bottom defects and cylindrical flat bottom defects were established using ANSYS software platform. The effect of length, width, depth, and pressure on their residual strength were studied. And their remaining lifes were predicted. The results show that geometrical dimensions of three defects have critical values for equivalent stress. If geometric dimensions were the same, equivalent stresses of the three defects increase with the increase of internal pressure, and flat-bottomed elliptical defect has the smallest damage shape. Square defect has the most hazardous. The conclusions have certain guiding significance for the safety assessment of corroded pipelines.
