摘要
运用正交实验设计和弹塑性有限元分析相结合的方法 ,对含局部减薄缺陷压力管道的极限载荷进行了研究 ,分析了局部减薄缺陷对管子极限载荷的影响因素。研究结果表明 ,缺陷的深度是管子极限载荷 (内压和弯矩 )的主要影响因素 ,而缺陷的周向长度和轴向长度分别对管子的极限内压和弯矩的影响较小。据此研究结果 。
In this article the limit loads of a pipe with local thinning area (LTA) are studied by orthogonal experiment design and elastic-plastic finite element analysis method, and the effect factors of the LTA on limit loads of pipe are analyzed. Results show that the depth of LTA is major effective factor on limit loads, and the axial length and circumferential length of LTA are second factor on limit pressure and bending moment respectively, and the circumferential length and axial length of LTA have a few of influence on limit pressure and bending moment respectively. Based on analysis results, a safety assessment procedure is proposed for pipe with LTA under combined action of internal pressure and bending moment.
