摘要
针对渤海A油田地面集输管道腐蚀严重的情况,采用挂片失重法研究了流速、温度、时间以及p H值等因素对腐蚀速率的影响,分析了该油田地面集输管道的腐蚀原因。结果表明:腐蚀速率随着温度的升高和流速的增加而逐渐增大,但随着时间的增加和p H值的升高而逐渐减小。通过失重法和电化学测试法对适合该油田地面集输管道的缓蚀剂进行了优选,结果表明:缓蚀剂JZ-5的防腐蚀效果最好,当缓蚀剂加量为30 mg/L时,腐蚀速率可以达到0. 076 mm/a以下;且随着加量的继续增加,缓蚀效果稳定。应用结果显示JZ-5缓蚀剂能够有效抑制地面集输管道的腐蚀,有利于延长管道的使用寿命,提高油田整体开发的经济效益。
Aiming at the serious corrosion situation of the ground gathering pipeline in Bohai A oilfield, the influence of flow rate,temperature, time and pH value on the corrosion rate is studied by hanging weight loss method, and the cause of corrosion of the groundgathering pipeline is analyzed. The results show that the corrosion rate increases with the increase of temperature and flow rate, but de?creases with the increase of time and the increase of pH value. The corrosion inhibitors which are suitable for the ground gathering pipe?line of the oil field are optimized by the method of weightlessness and electrochemical testing. The results show that the corrosion inhibi?tor JZ?5 has the best effect when the inhibitor dosage is 30 mg / L, the corrosion rate can be smaller than 0.076 mm/ a, and with thecontinuous increasing of the corrosion inhibitor, the inhibition effect is stable, which indicates that the inhibitor can effectively inhibitthe corrosion of pipeline in ground line, extend the the service life of the pipeline and improve the overall development of the economicbenefit of oil field.
