摘要
目的:分析妇科盆消灌肠液对大鼠佐剂性关节炎的治疗效果及治疗机制。方法:50只大鼠随机分为妇科盆消灌肠液高剂量组、低剂量组,模型组,空白组及正骨水组。除空白组外,其余各组采用弗氏完全佐剂制备大鼠(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)模型。测定各组大鼠足肿胀、足关节肿胀程度,采用ELISA法测定大鼠血清中白细胞介素-1β(interleukin-1β,IL-1β)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平。结果:与模型组比较,妇科盆消灌肠液高剂量组、正骨水组大鼠足肿胀度明显减轻(P<0.05)。模型组大鼠血清IL-1β和TNF-α水平显著高于空白照组(P<0.05);与模型组比较,妇科盆消灌肠液高剂量组、正骨水组血清中IL-1β和TNF-α水平均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:妇科盆消灌肠液治疗大鼠佐剂性关节炎效果显著,其作用机制可能与降低血清中IL-1β和TNF-α水平有关。
Objective：To investigate the effect of Gynaecology penxiao enema on adjuvant arthritis in rats. Methods：The CFA-in- duced adjuvant arthritis model rats were used. 50 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, namely, high concentration group of Gy- naecology penxiao enema,low concentration group of Gynaecology penxiao enema, model group, blank group and positive group. The paw edema and podarthrum swelling of rats and the inflammatory factors of IL-1β, TNF-α in each group were detected. Re- sults ： Compared with that of the model group, The paw edema and podarthrum swelling of rats were relieved obviously in the high concentration group of Gynaecology penxiao enema and the positive group（P 〈 0.05 ）, Compared with that of the blank group, the serum levels of IL-1β, TNF-α in the model group significantly increased （P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with that of the model group, the serum levels of IL-1β, TNF-α in the high concentration group of Gynaecology penxiao group and the positive group significantly in- creased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Gynaecology penxiao enema showed significant effect on adjuvant arthritis in rats, the mechanism of which may be related to the reduction of serum IL-1β and TNF-α levels.
