广东省青少年击剑运动员髋、膝、踝关节屈伸肌力特征分析 被引量:1

Isokinetic Strength Analysis of Lower Joints about Teenagers Fencers Athletes in Guangdong Province

摘要 探讨青少年击剑运动员髋、膝、踝关节屈伸肌力特征,诊断分析其下肢各关节肌力均衡性及差异性,为运动员力量训练提供科学合理的参考依据.方法:运用美国产CYBEX-Norm等速肌力测试仪对广东省队23名青少年男子击剑运动员髋、膝、踝关节进行屈伸肌力测试,选取角速度分别为:髋关节60/120/180(0/s);膝关节60/180/240(0/s)、踝关节30/60/120(0/s);选取峰值力矩、相对峰值力矩、异侧同名肌肉峰值力矩,屈伸肌力比值、肌耐力值以及总功等所测数值作为分析评价运动员下肢三关节肌力的指标.结果显示:青少年击剑运动员髋关节:前腿髋关节屈伸肌力均显著高于后腿;膝关节专项力量特征不明显,即前后腿同名肌肌力无显著差异,肌力较为均衡;踝关节前腿屈伸肌力均高于后腿,屈肌存在显著性差异.结论与建议:青少年男子击剑运动员下肢关节等速肌力特点表现为髋、踝关节双侧屈伸肌力不对称,膝关节专项力量特征不明显,与国家优秀男子击剑运动员相比下肢总体屈伸肌力偏低,建议在今后的训练中有针对性的加强薄弱环节的力量,根据前后腿在击剑运动中的功能特点区别对待其力量的发展. This study investigates isokinetic strength of lower joints about teenager fencers athletes,analyses the balance and difference of muscle strength of the lower limbs,and provides the scientific and reasonable reference for the strength training of athletes. Methods:Adopted USACybex-Norm isokinetic muscle tester,used the CYBEX-Norm isokinetic muscle testing system to test the hip,knee and ankle joints of 23 teenagers men fencers athletes in Guangdong provincial team;Selected angular velocity as: hip joint 60/120/180(deg/sec),knee joint60/180/240(deg/sec),ankle joint30/60/120(deg/sec);Selected the peak torque,relative peak torque,isotropic muscle peak torque,ratio for flexor-elongation muscle,muscle endurance,and total work etc as the index to analyze and evaluate the muscle strength of athletes' lower limbs.The results showed : hip joints of teenagers fencers athletes: the flexural strength of the anterior hip joint was significantly higher than that of the hind leg;the specific strength of knee joint is not obvious,that is,there was no significant difference in the muscle strength on both sides with isotropic muscle,the muscles are more balanced;the ankle joint is that the flexural strength of the front leg was higher than that of the hind legConclusions and suggestions:the characteristics of isokinetic muscle strength of lower limb joints of Teenagers Fencers athletes is shown as the flexor-stretchmuscle strength asymmetrical in both sides of hip and ankle joints,the specific strength of knee joint is not obvious,compared with the national elite men fencers,the overall flexor-stretch muscle strength of lower limbs is lower,suggested to strengthen the muscle strength of weak links in future training,according to the functional and characteristics of the front and rear legs in the fencing,treated the development of their muscle strength differently.
