摘要
以甲苯为原料,采用高锰酸钾氧化法制备苯甲酸。考察了原料摩尔比、催化剂种类、催化剂用量、反应时间等对苯甲酸产率的影响。研究结果表明,苯甲酸制备的最佳条件是:原料摩尔比为1:2. 4,催化剂四丁基溴化铵为0. 75g,反应时间为180min,苯甲酸的产率可达到71. 91%。
Toluene raw material, prepared by potassium permanganate oxidation of benzoic acid. The effects of molar ratio of raw materials, catalyst type, amount of catalyst, reaction time on the yield of benzoic acid were investigated. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the preparation of benzoic acid are : the molar ratio of raw material is 1 : 2.4, with 0. 75g Tetrabutylammoninm bromide as catalyst and the reaction time is 180 min,the yield of benzoic acid can reach 71.91%.
