摘要
针对小、散、远单位保障的特点和难点,探索构建军队小散远单位区域性医疗保障点模式,优化保障方式,使小散远单位官兵得到及时优质医疗服务保障。构建联保医院延伸服务"医疗保障点",作为医院服务"前哨",重点帮带,强化人才、技术、设备、信息化等支援保障,不断提高保障点技术服务水平。构建区域性医疗保障点,使小散远单位官兵就医方便快捷,优质高效,服务质量明显提升。
In view of the characteristics and difficulties of military hospitals＇ service for small, scattered and remote units, this article aims to explore the construction of a regional medical service spot model for small, scattered and remote units of the military and optimize the stow-ice modes so that officers and soldiers of these units can receive timely and quality medical service. To extend the joint health service of military hospitals, medical stow-ice spot should be established as the outpost of hospital stow-ice, to focus on assistance and guidance, strengthen personnel, technology, equipment, information and other supports, and to continuously improve the service quality of the spot. The establishment of regional medical service spot could entitle the officers and soldiers at small, seattered and remote units to more convenient high -quality health service.
