摘要
目的对空军和海军官兵的心理状况进行调查,为采取有效干预措施提供参考。方法采用症状自评量表(Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90)对3298名空军官兵和2165名海军官兵的心理状况进行调查分析。结果海军官兵的躯体化、敌对分值明显高于空军官兵(P<0.05或0.01),精神病性评分低于空军官兵(P<0.05)。海军官兵心理异常率明显高于空军官兵(P<0.05)。海军士官和义务兵症状自评量表部分因子及心理异常率均明显高于空军士官和义务兵(P<0.05或0.01)。结论海军官兵的心理状况,需引以重视。
Objective To investigate the psychological status of armymen in the air force and navy,so as to provide evidence for appropriate interventions.Methods A total of 3298 navy armymen and 2165 air force armymen were investigated by Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）.Results The somatization disorder and hostility scores of the navy rmymen were higher than those of the air force armymen armymen（P〈0.05 or 0.01）,and the lunacy scores of the navy armymen were lower（P〈0.05）.The proportion of abnormal SCL-90 scores was higher in navy armymen（P〈0.05）.Some SCL-90 scores of the navy non-commissioned officers and compulsory soldiers were higher than those in the air force armymen（P〈0.05 or 0.01）.Conclusion Psychological status of navy armymen is worse than that of the air force armymen,which should be highly valued.
