摘要
目的:探讨在鼻窦炎护理中实施舒适护理干预的效果。方法:按照手术时间先后将2016年1月-2017年9月在笔者所在医院接受鼻内镜手术治疗的70例鼻窦炎患者分成对照组35例和观察组35例。对照组实施常规手术护理,观察组实施舒适护理干预。将两组术后并发症的发生率和术后3个月的生活质量得分进行比较。结果:观察组术后鼻中隔穿孔、框内损伤、鼻腔粘连的发生率低于对照组,术后3个月的认知功能、社会功能、角色功能、躯体功能评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对鼻窦炎患者实施舒适护理有利于预防手术并发症,提高术后的生活质量护理满意度。
Objective：To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing intervention in the treatment of sinusitis.Method：According to the operation time,70 cases of sinusitis patients undergoing endoscopic surgery from January 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital were divided into control group with 35 cases and observation group with 35 cases.The control group performed routine surgical care and the observation group implemented comfortable nursing interventions.The incidence of postoperative complications and life quality scores were compared after 3 month of surgery.Result：In the observation group,the incidence of nasal septum perforation,in-frame injury,nasal adhesion were lower than those in the control group,the scores of cognitive function,social function,role function,and physical function after three months of surgery were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The postoperative total satisfaction in observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Comfortable nursing in patients with sinusitis is helpful to prevent surgical complications and improve quality of life nursing satisfaction after surgery.
