摘要
目的:探讨布地奈德联合鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻炎鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的效果。方法:慢性鼻炎、鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者102例,按抽签法分为两组,每组51例。两组均行鼻内镜手术治疗,观察组术后加用布地奈德治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率92. 2%,高于对照组76.5%,疾病复发率5.9%,低于对照组19.6%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组鼻气道阻力与嗅觉功能改善均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德联合鼻内镜手术可提高慢性鼻炎、鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉治疗效果,降低复发率。
Objective： To explore the effect of budesonide combined with endoscopic sinus surgery on chronic rhinitis and sinusitis with nasal polyps. Methods： 102 patients with chronic rhinitis,sinusitis and nasal polyps were divided into two groups according to lottery,51 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery,and the observation group was treated with budesonide after operation. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of observation group was 92.2%,which was higher than that of control group 76.5%,and the recurrence rate was 5.9%,which was lower than that of control group 19.6%. The differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The improvement of nasal airway resistance and olfactory function in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Budesonide combined with endoscopic sinus surgery can improve the curative effect of chronic rhinitis,sinusitis with nasal polyps,and reduce the recurrence rate.
